Very nice. Deep ol dark fruit, tannin-y bite, lovely mellow vanilla lingering finish. Gosh, that's a pleasant way to end the month of May. This would be great with a juicy grilled steak.
Oh yeah; I just grilled a lovely ribeye. Oh, waiting out the steak's post-grill rest is hard. Maybe some more wine to pass the time...
