Candied citrus, saline (almost like Mrs. Grass chicken soup or that Greek lemon orzo soup, avgolemono says google), toasty minerals and under ripe almond. There is a touch of cream on the mouth feel. I dig it. Under 10 bucks. Has a lot of pairing potential.
