The 2021 Soave is a charmer. Vividly fruity, floral and wickedly fresh on the nose, it blends candied lime and salty minerals with sour melon, all driven by juicy acidity. A tropical flourish appears as this tapers off with lovely tension. Enjoy soon to take advantage of its zesty character. $15.00 (Eric Guido, Vinous, April 2023)

The 2020 Soave is subtle and delicate in the glass with dusty yellow florals and hints of peach skins. It washes across the palate, soft and round, with a lovely mineral and acid balance. This leaves a glycerol coating of fruit concentration, yet still finishes remarkably fresh. While not the last note on depth, the 2020 is really quite lovely. (Eric Guido, Vinous, April 2022)

This wine is great for when a man comes over to tell you how to use a grill and you can't with him at that moment

Low acid but notes of citrus; pomelo or grapefruit candy; not too sweet

Soave, it's what's for dinner. Or; Soave, the other white quaffer. Not sure which slogan to rip off, dm;hw.

My first Garganega grape varietal, and it was good.
Light yellow in color.

Fruity nose with peaches, mandarin and lemon.

Dry on the palate with lime, almonds and a trace of plastic.

Medium bodied and smooth.

Medium finish with almonds.

Made entirely from the Garganega grape, and matured on the lees for 5 months.

12% alcohol by volume.

Delicious, paired well with arugula salad and pizza - margarita and sausage.
