mmmmmmm delicious. The younger, fruitier, softer side of Nebbiolo.
Enough acid and tannin to give it both a refreshing flavor and a nice long finish. It's like a teenager- young and fun, starting to mature and makes you curious about what it's going to be when it's all grown up.
