Aculei Barolo

Very old style, almost archaic. A few decades of bottle age might do wonders (?).

Good barolo. No wow factor but cherry menthol tobacco nice tannins. Like it especially for price . 3-4 bottles left

Best in show decanter 2020

The 2016 vintage of Barolo is spectacular and this is no exception. Mature dark fruit nose - mature earth with moderate density and lingering tannins. This wine took me to an enchanted forest after a rainstorm.
