It smells like black cherry. Tastes like a cherry and a raspberry had a baby. And then baked in a pie. And then sprinkled with vanilla and hazelnuts and shaved chocolate. it’s very smooth.. No tannins. Went awesome with hamburgers.

Went to Gigondas in summer 2012 and bought this in village. A deep ruby wine is made by Grenache, mourvedre and Syrah. The bottle says I should wait between 5 and 10 years but could not wait longer.
