Extremely creamy, like creme brulee mouthfeel, with bubbles that feel like the foam on a cappuccino. Baked apples, gingersnaps, vanilla, and light caramel. Very nice, I enjoyed this thoroughly.

I have not had a lot of 2007 vintage Champagnes but if this bottle is any indication, they might be ready to go now. Beautiful integration and balance.

Disgorged Oct '14, Not familiar with this cuvée, but Aubry has been a hit with me, great richness, showing development, beautiful acidity. Really solid wine.
