Surprise hit! Candied (almost carbonic) cherries and a bit of pyraziny goodness - firm acid and soft supple texture. Great time to drink these, but I don't imagine too many are around...

This was a pleasant surprise, with blackberry jam on the nose but real restraint on the palate, and tannins that rise to the challenge. Medium weight and finishes dry.
