Noble rot at its best. Perfectly balanced and elegantly sweet without a thick syrupy finish. What a way to finish!!

Hungarian desert wine. Easily on a par with a Madiera or a vin Santo. I used most of it for cooking to add a magic sweet splash to risotto’s and saucy things like fried mushrooms in cream.

Delicious! A bit different from the Eiswien and the other dessert wines we also love. A touch fresher. Would definitely get again.

V08. Easy to rate. Honey nose with hints of fusel oil. Beautiful honey fruit with sprinkles of lemon on the finish. Nice weight.
