Texas High Plains Cinsault Rosé
Some Texas pink for Mother's Day! Decent juicy fruity rose from the Texas high plains made from Cinsault (since it is grown in Texas they for some reason decided to rid the name of its 'L' to make it less French, lol). None the less, refreshing with ample acidity - honeydew, watermelon, raspberry creme, Meyer lemon - oily texture, dry finish.

May 13th, 2018First Texas rose I have tried. Nicely balanced, like the 12.5 ABV. I have heard these are one of the better Texas producers? Nice red fruits and some melon.
