Green pear, golden apple, clean stone notes, and a little alcohol heat come through on this one. Very well balanced with the exception of the heat, and could use a bit more brightness. Quite fantastic with a simple chicken dish. Easy to drink and a great option to introduce folks to the Pac NW Pinot Gris style.
