Dried pineapple, golden apple, raw honey, hints of yeast, subtle French oak. Acid hits like a drive right down the fairway, partnered with cantaloupe, bruised apricots, and apple. Oak and hints of flint are integrated to finish. Smoked salmon wine.

LOVE THIS. Not usually a California Chardonnay fan yet this wine is more on the crisp side. More slate than oak. Thanks to GaryVee!

First wine from the GaryVee wine club! Delicious and and a wonderful blend of new world fruit with Burgundian characteristics. Golden apple, lacey minerality, and chalk. Tropical star fruit is there too. On the palate, this is balanced and fresh, with juicy apple fruit and a soft, round mouthfeel. Paired well with halibut chowder.

Perhaps over balanced away from Oak. It was a lovely rich palate white but definitely (purposefully?) lacked Oak.
