Sadly, I am tasting this a couple days after opening. Nonetheless, it's lacking in acid for sure. If you're into butterscotch flavored chard, then this is for you! But if you're looking for any purity of fruit whatsoever, you won't find it here.

May have cooled too much so nose was pleasant but undefined. Palate was mouthwatering - orchard fruit and a slight creaminess from the barrel. Distinct minerality and mild citrus acidity carry through to a long - by Chardonnay standards - finish.
