Ksera Homata Single Vineyard Assyrtiko

I heard it described as similar to Chablis, but I disagree completely. Very loaded apples, ripe bruised and jammy, a skin contact like level of intensity and acidity a bit below what I’d expect. Still ok but feels like an overly ripe and extracted example.

Served Easter 2022. Nice minerality, crisp and clean.

Dessert wine on the nose but dry and citrusy on the palate. Slightly flabbier than the 17

Отличный комплексный аромат, чуть редуктивно. Вкус проще и площе.

Not the best representation of assyrtiko a bit too much mineral, pine with a tinge of wood. However others in our group liked it.
