Had the 2021 in May of 2025. Paired with Aussie burgers that had bacon, cheese, pineapple and pickled beets. The burgers just totally overwhelmed the wine. Some oak and dark fruits on the nose. Some plum, black cherry and blueberry on the palate with a very dry, tannic finish. Enjoyed the wine much more without the food.

High acidity, medium tannins, quite robust upfront flavor with long finish. Enjoyed with sous vide flank steak.

The aromatics are beautiful, but the tannins are quite HEAVY. Opened too young I'd say.
