Star bright yellow gold. Inviting nose of green apple and citrus rind. Medium palate echoes the nose bolstered by firm acidity and adding layers of dried fruit, cement, and white pepper. Remarkably long finish continues the palate. Wonderful example of the citrusy Aussie style of Riesling. Excellent with any "white wine" fare, but pork or seafood dishes are particularly good. Drink now through 2036.
