Muted brilliance. Gorgeous pear and rock fruit on the nose. Fabulous weighted texture on the mouth. — 2 months ago
A delightful drop, drinking beautifully now. Gorgeous nose, perfect amount of spice and berry with a brighter palette. — 2 years ago
Mount V just makes lovely Cab Savs! Still had tannin structure for 3-5 additional years of cellaring. — 2 months ago
2014 vintage. Lovely nose with cherry and plum full body. 14.5% alcohol content is visible but well woven into the structure. Lingering beautifully a minute after tasting. Strong tannin structure, 5+ years to go. Three hour decanting to fully experience the bouquet. — 4 months ago
Oddly the eldest of the night but had the most tannins, significantly more than its 2017 brother. — 2 years ago
This is drinking perfect right now, minimal tannins but classical structure. Will peg the remaining bottles to drink in 2025. 45 minutes decanting: Classic dark berry nose, pepper on tongue, and beautiful linger. 30 minutes after first described: the spice has died almost completely down and now having a very jammy end, different and filling vs “I want to have another sip.” Still drinking nicely but definitely at peak now, don’t cellar longer than 2025! — 2 months ago
A wonderful Winter Blanc de Blanc- gorgeous masculine champagne with musky. Quite different than others, but perfect for the cold months. — 8 months ago
Ameilia Douglas
Syrupy texture with pear and rock fruit (not sweet) beginnings transitioning into a rich masculine structure. — 4 days ago
