Dry Finger Lakes Riesling

fresh, fragrant. pear, even some hint of lychee and tropical fruits. slight rs very pleasant.

With aromas of lemon drop, peach flesh and pit and a subtle floral quality. sweeter than many would expect from a wine labeled “Dry” there is a nice balance between the residual sugar — which brings a bit of mid-palate fullness — and citrusy, juicy acidity that lingers with a distinct lime finish. Peach flavors are ripe and plush with citrus at the edges and a bit of apple skin. This was the surprise of a recent tasting.

Beautiful stone fruit nose, peach and sweet lemon palate. Nice acidity. Great with Thai curry.

Cady likes this Knapp Dry Riesling a lot. She doesn’t think it’s too dry. One of her fav’s.

Aromas of lemon and apples. Initial taste of pears! Not sweet at all. With a quick dry finish.

Nice, but pretty sweet for my taste, unless the restaurant mixed up the pour. Didn't see the bottle. Ripe sweet peach and apricot. But an okay tipple.

Medium dry with notes of orange blossom honey, apple, and slight citrus.

Nice reisling with dinner...great summer wine
