Slight orangey yellow. Rich nose with apricot, honey, white floral and light sweet spices. Balanced acidity with medium bodied. Layered palate with acacia wood, perfumes notes, honeysuckle, sweet stone fruits and golden raisins. Long and lingering finish. Drink till 2028.

Dec 27th, 2017One of the reasons we always make a trip out to Klein Constantia is for the Vin de Constance. Deep golden yellow with a fragrant nose of honeysuckle, honeycomb and white flowers. Heavy acidity (7/10) and full bodied. Well balanced and rich on the palate with notes of ginger, honey, orange marmalade. Not overly cloye which is nice. Long and lingering finish. Drink till 2037.
