The wine is very dark, suggesting a big wine. It's not petite but I found it surprisingly acid driven with blue fruits on the front. It doesn't read--at least to me at this time--as a fruit bomb as some have suggested. Maybe this is because of how it's evolved

10' it's been open 4 hours... the acidity is long & prominent. Stone, fresh raspberries. Many years of enjoyment. I'll pull a btl in 2/3 years.

2010 vintage. Dark blackberry, definitely muscular in body, profile. Nose is opening up and finish is long and coating. Def new world sensibility to this.
