Had the 2022 in July of 2024. Pomegranate, blueberry and strawberry in this one. Super bubbly- kept a head for a lot longer than most sparkling wines. Really interesting. Paired well with lemon chicken, tzatziki and an arugula salad. Would absolutely drink again.

Very interesting, at first a bit vegetal but then strawberry and cranberry sauce. Very fine bubbles

Mar 12th, 2024Really good! Aroma is lightly fruity and strongly floral. Drinks fairly dry with a pleasant bitterness that is lifted by the bubbles making for a strange but pleasurable drinking experience.
