Great Oregon Pinot Noir for an affordable price. Rich, fruit forward, medium bodied. Great with or without food.

My only criticism is that the alcohol is a tad too high- clocks in @ 13.5, but feels like 14%. My only suggestion to the wine maker is to dial it down. Seriously I mean you guys can afford to do that, and think how amazing it would be. I know your yeast can take it high to 13.5% but tame it down. Try it out guys, I'm eager to see how it comes out! #kingestate #oregonwines #wine

May 7th, 2015Bright ruby in color.
On the nose, cherries, coke, white pepper and spices with medium intensity.
Dry and spicy on the palate with strawberries, currants, blackberries, black pepper and leather.
Light bodied with medium acidity.
Medium finish with soft tannins.
This is a nice Pinot Noir from Oregon at a very good quality. Nice with food and just by itself.
