Jun 17th, 2016To me, this is the epitome of a 'middle of the road' merlot. Merlot was my original joy, Chilean vintners to be precise. So for me, this was a bit flavour-flat without any strong distinguishing notes. Not much beyond fresh cherries and maybe slight, sharp blackberries. Start and finish are OK, but the body doesn't hold me. 7.5 for me.
