Submitting to the Kindeli complaint dept. This is what I salvaged after the explosion. Apparently it’s well known - as I read afterwards - requiring 10-20 minutes to slowly unravel the cork. Wish I’d known.

It’s a crazy mix of grapes - sparkling Pinot Noir, Riesling, and Chardonnay. Off dry. Need more time to explore.
