A bit of a rusty rose in colour. Fresh pomelo, and green apples on the nose. Good bubbles, the pomelo pops up on the palate as well as Meyer lemon and a hint of lemon grass.

Not a lot of RS for a pet nay which is always great, otherwise a bundle of citrusy tropical bubbly soda!

Submitting to the Kindeli complaint dept. This is what I salvaged after the explosion. Apparently it’s well known - as I read afterwards - requiring 10-20 minutes to slowly unravel the cork. Wish I’d known.
It’s a crazy mix of grapes - sparkling Pinot Noir, Riesling, and Chardonnay. Off dry. Need more time to explore.
