2015 vintage. Good typicity with lots of lime, chamomile, white rocks, oodles of diesel. Long finish and high acid.

Hay and zesty lime but softened with some melon back notes. Wonderful, tight minerality and sharp acid as any decent riesling should exhibit. Floral scents pick up a hint of kerosene. Should age quite well.

"I read an article," I started, flaunting my basic literacy skills. "It listed a number of white wines that could be cellared. I'm testing a few of them."
That was code for,"This wine might suck, but only Jesus can judge me." And it turned out to be a necessary disclaimer. The wine doesn't suck, but I doubt I'll be back for more. Ontario has better Riesling at comparable price points.
