Jun 24th, 2018Their Junmai Ginjo (turquoise bottle) has been my go-to, widely available sake since I first tried it. With seimaibuai of 40% instead of 55%, their Daiginjo offers richer, fruitier aroma, slightly sweeter palate, and cleaner finish.

Jul 23rd, 2017this one is extremely smooth and light. I don't know much about sakes but this would pair well with an omakase dinner because it will not overpower your food and compliments it nicely. a little too light for drinking on its own, but a great flowery note nonetheless
