first bottle we decided to try when we looked at the flights, definitely does not disappoint. optional decanter; light airing and sitting for 15-20 minutes will do, easy on the nose with a light woody taste and a 3 second lingering finish. — 8 years ago

surprisingly soft texture and pleasantly surprised with the nice aftertaste. this one require almost no breathing time. oaky taste with a slightly acidic base. very good on its own or pairing with any dinner. — 8 years ago
light breathing only, no decanter necessary. really sweet aroma with a powerful red berry taste, short and dry finish. might be a bottle to save for later for it to age a little more — 8 years ago
soft white chardonnay with floral and vintage tones, the flavor is very light and a crowd pleaser. short lingering finish of around 5 seconds. tones fluctuate as bottle airs — 9 years ago
takes a while to breathe, maybe a good 1.5-2hours for the tannins to mellow. nonetheless a great soft texture with vibrant fruit notes. good for a drink on the side, but not necessarily as impressive as i expected. short 5 second lingering aftertaste — 8 years ago
a bit average in the beginning but i realized it was — 8 years ago

this bottle is perfect for valentines day without breaking your wallet. the year 2004 is a little drier, suggest to breathe it around 20-30 minutes. this intricate blend of dark berries and notes of fine oak perfectly pairs with any red meat - especially pigeon. not only does it compliment your dinner, the taste is soft enough not to take away from your dish. very recommended for nice dinner. — 7 years ago
