In the zone. This is drinking so well. Nose is divine. Elegant liquid minerals, white cherries and also rainer cherries and a dollop of apricot. Palate is juicy and mineral with almost no fruit and a slathering of minerals that just assault your palate. Just a wonderful wine. Nose develops a hint of orange zest now with air. Not elegant and not that long but what it lacks in charm and length it makes up for in intensity and flavor authority.

Floral, mineral, surprising, Electric and mineral. red cherries and white cherries, elegant, long, juicy and pure. Acidity. Long and fine. Refined. Inner mouth confectionary aromas. Mineral wash on the finish. So long. So so long.

Super aromas of white cherries, slate, some hints of peach and apricot. Really fine and focused. Such a value this wine. Terrific purity, energy and concentration. Such mineral power here. Compact and balanced with a super stoniness on the palate. Lovely length. Terrific pithy citrus and lime. A stellar value here. After air this gets more aromatic and complex. Such purity on the nose. So good. 19 is so so vivid.

Always a stellar Ortsweine. Ripe white cherries, peach and pointed and precise minerals. Clear nose. A bit shy. Palate is opulent and ripe with lovely mouthfeel and grip. Mineral sap. Terrific complexity and density. Peach, white cherry linger along with sweet lime and has super serious finesse. Just great energy as well and huge mineral explosion.

Lovely nose. Huge mineral. Sweet minerals. Lemon candy, rock candy, elegant and very mineral with lovely apricot and lime zest. Palate is super harmonious and wonderfully balanced. A joy to drink.

Bigger and fleshier than previous vintages I have had of this wine, but the minerality and acids are there for freshness. Cracked stone and citrus pith nose, great purity and very nice crispness in the mouth. Gets lean and quite dry on the persistent finish, which ends with a slight but not out of place bitterness.

Nose of slate, mineral, Meyer lemon, herbs, even Rainer cherries. Really nice. Very clean and very pure with racy acidity and terrific energy. Lovely lime/mineral finish. Nice mouthfeel, excellent balance and really refined. Long finish. Salty. Great.

Family party, so truncated notes. Very fresh and minerally. Great with grilled shrimp.

Night 2: nose has loads of green apple and citrus pith, and tons of cracked rocks. Intense and so mineral in the mouth. The dry extract here is off the charts. So crisp and long. What a great value!

pungent minerals. Very ripe. So clean and creamy, balance is extraordinary. So clean. Pure. Excellent. Best one ever made.
