Chard.. Showing its age, but kinda holding up. Oak still prevalent, caramel, overripe Apple/pear and low acid. Probably would have been best a few years ago..

Has matured into a ⭐️! Heavy weight, glycerin-y with slight oxidation. Nice almond and dried orange rind. On the finish there is a burst like when u bite down on a white grape. Excellent wine and compliments cream sauce pastas.
