Pleasant and tasty sipper. Off dry with good balance and well made, pleasant dollop of toasty oak and hints of butter. Good table wine, but perhaps a better cocktail, cheese or wine for watching a sunset. Good value and very varietally correct. Used for Intro to good and wine pairing class.

Oaky and buttery. Excellent cold. Smooth butter on the tongue. A go to classic

18 carat gold in color.
On the nose, oak, vanilla, lemons, grapefruits, pears, herbs, light smoke and vegetables.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity and nice legs.

Fruity on the palate with citrus, lemons, apples, melons, light vegetables, vanilla, cedar, smoke, cream and White pepper.

Short finish with bitter almonds.

This is a drinkable Chardonnay from California, not more than that. Oaky and simple.

Crisp and refreshing when very chilled. Good for parties.
Not my style but drinkable, nonetheless.

13.5% alcohol by volume.

Uh ... didn’t we say a bottle? Like three times?
No problem.
Can we have utensils?
Oh... no problem.
How about appetizer plates instead of my napkin? Oh.... no problem.
You’ll love this place he says.
This is a Chardonnay.no problem.
