Vintner's Reserve California Chardonnay

Balanced Chardonnay. As buttery as it is oaky and its well balanced.

This particular wine started my wine drinking which is where my love affair for wine started. I revisited this one recently and I am troubled that it's fallen from the pedestal for me a bit. Citrus hits me particularly hard on tongue and nose. The drawback for this one for me is the alcohol. It lingers throughout the bottle. I have grown accustomed to not tasting the alcohol and like my wines that way. This one unfortunately for nostalgia sake doesn't make the cut for me anymore.

Remember this one.

I love this wine. Get again.
