Organic, Ruby color with berry fruit, forest floor and herb spice aromas, aged 10 months in neutral oak. On the palate flavors of ripe raspberry and cherry fruit with tea, herbs and floral notes. Long finish, fine tannins, ending with fruit, herbs and a bright mineral spice tone. Nice, but put this one in the cellar for a few years. Small production. Wish cork was protected and not exposed. Tasting Sample. A little pricey!
