From a Ken Wright vineyard, Ruby color with aromas of dark red/blue fruits, black tea, herb and floral spice. On the palate flavors of blueberry, blackberry and plum with tobacco, cedar, black pepper and herb spice. Smooth fine tannins, long finish, well balanced with acidity, ending with fruit, herb, spice and mineral stone character. Wish cork was protected and not exposed. Tasting Sample. A little pricey, but very nice! Organic!

This was excellent. I have such a fondness for Cristom’s Canary Hill my brain can’t forget it and I just kept comparing this to it and they’re just wildly different wine makers. Fun to taste the different wine maker influences here.
