Alto Adige is a great source of Italian white wines. This Pinot bianco (weissburgunder) is fresh and mineral, but also shows ripe fruit as apple and pear together with fresh herbs. Paired with a white pizza (no tomato sauce) with zucchini and ricotta... very good.
