The nose reveals, jammy red fruits; blackberries, black raspberries, touch of black plum, blue & purple fruits and baked strawberries. Dark, rich, dark soils, crushed dry rocks, vanilla, black licorice, dark berry cola, touch of band aid, dark spice with, bright, fresh, red, dark and purple flowers.
The body restrained for Syrah. The tannins are fine, firm, weighty and sticky. Jammy red fruits; blackberries, black raspberries, touch of black plum, blue & purple fruits and baked strawberries. Dark, rich, dark soils, crushed dry rocks, vanilla, black licorice, dark berry cola, touch of band aid, dark spice with, bright, fresh, red, dark and purple flowers. The acidity is good. The finish will take some time to flush out and wine to better ingrate.

Four adults on a good bottle is a painful thing. Just too damn fast. Not a cool climate wine by any stretch but not a jammy mess either. Well made with layers of great smoky meaty flavors and a lush finish. The 15.5 abv is frighteningly well integrated. Delicious. And empty.

Nov 21st, 201416/20 (89/100) Вино заметно постарело, появились тона чернослива и сушеных фиников, есть варенье из чёрных ягод. Тельное с довольно высокой кислотностью, танины бархатистые. Всё ещё приятно пить, но уже не так впечатляет.

17/20 (92/100) Легкий, но насыщенный аромат с тонами красной сливы, черешни, молочного шоколада и чёрного перца. Довольно тельное и кислотное с интенсивными, бархатистыми по текстуре танинами, ещё чуть суховатыми. Насыщенное во вкусе. Отлично! #capewine2018
