Simple, a bit lifeless. It's having a really hard time cutting through a sardine salad which admittedly has a bit too much jalapeño bite. I'm getting some salinity towards the end but this could use a bit more acidity to balance out the round fruit up front.

What a great drop of inexpensive and food friendly white from three indigenous Turkish varietals. Highly recommend Troya as a top Turkish spot to enjoy it at!

Enjoying some Hellenistic styles and flavors from this guy. Petrol and piney, a bit subtle and soft. A nice oily texture.
