North Coast Sauvignon Blanc

Bright and lively acid and ripe cantaloupe. Refreshingly made at only 12.5%. Drink now and drink often.

I really want to love it because one day I have a dream of finding a Californian sauv blanc that is on par with NZ and the Loire valley. This has all the right grassy notes and acid of those NZ wines but it lacks finesse and that subtle creaminess that IMO makes a great Sauv Blanc

Basic

Medium straw color. Aromas of key lime pith, cantaloupe and honeydew. Crisp, surprisingly refreshing - not a fan of organic wines, very bright, tart acidity.

Lots of tasty melon and citrus. Some nice key lime hints at the end. Pretty crisp.

A sauv Blanc with a notable taste.
