One of the more interesting wines I've had from the Mosel. Brighter and more vibrant than I expected from a 2009. Intriguing layers of aroma and flavor. This wine over delivers.

A dry riesling. Had very typical notes of petrol, beeswax and apples. Went nicely with food. This is likely to get better in time it had nice concentration of flavors and persistance

Like your HS sweetheart (at least in my day) teasing you to the point of distraction. Floral nose that continued to blossom the longer the bottle was open.
A palate full of slate, lime and stone fruit. Kept putting on weight like a weightlifter on steroids. Still very young.
