2011 gustabfullung trier-eitelabach an der ruwer . Green apple skin, candied ginger, lemon, white peaches, white flowers, pears, and hints of wet stones, guava, cherries, and so much more. Amazing integration. A finish that reminds me why I love this producer so much. Minerality shines on the palette. Needs more time. I wouldn't reopen for another five years.
