Super impressed here. Almost like a sparkling Muscadet but more unyeasty complexity. Sparkling Rolle lifts the soul. Lemon zest, sea salt, crunchy minerals. Wowish. Moreish. #sundayafternoonworthy

Fine, soft bubbles and tastes like Gala apple cider in early fall, drenched in sunshine. There is some RS but very well balanced with its acidity. Very chuggable. Wish it had a little more oomph on the fizz though.

A nice wine, but more off-dry than I wanted.
