ガメイはクリュ・ボジョレが最上、次がボジョレ・ヴィレッジ。タンニンが柔らかくフレッシュな果実味につき、あっさり系の肉で合わせる。上位の２つはやや重めので酢豚等の中華に、ボジョレ・ヌーヴォはライトなので和食に合わせる。トマトソースを使った鶏肉、豚肉、カジキマグロのステーキ等が○。今回はクリュなので酢豚と合わせたら最高に相性抜群でした！
