Good surprise, first time, for me it was big, need to go with something to eat, had the slow roast chicken, fragrant rice with herbs, strangely enough fish cake, guess all good, wasn't looking for matching, just to enjoy this new discovery and enjoy the food, in this case two separate experiences

Fun! Uber-biodynamic, well-rounded, juicy-fruited and not too crazy minty.

Nice balance between fruit, body, acidic tension and tannins. It was a little funky when we first opened it (screw cap) then later, Lovely aromas of after eight coming from the Shiraz. I love Barossa! Seriously if you are a winemaker in Barossa and you're reading this, I want to go there and work for you. I think I have a lot to learn from the winemakers of this region.

Not sure we loved this one- thinking it will be a better wine paired with food. It seemed a little empty at the back. So maybe try with food but wasn’t my favorite as a stand alone.

Not as great as the previous year but really good after 10 mins in the glass. Really easy to drink

Had with mushroom risotto. Big without too many tannins. Starts with dark red/purple fruit. Some cocoa and leather. Opens into a little bit of green pepper.

Great bottle recommended by Dan Murphy's. For the around $20 mark, does its job of complementing cheese very well. Will specify it is Mataro and not Mourvèdre for the "M"
