2018 vintage. 51 Grenache 43 Shiraz 6 Mataro. Definitely showing a lot of Grenache's tanginess. Stewed strawberry, tart cherry, red currant, plum, white pepper, fuzzy sage.

Good surprise, first time, for me it was big, need to go with something to eat, had the slow roast chicken, fragrant rice with herbs, strangely enough fish cake, guess all good, wasn't looking for matching, just to enjoy this new discovery and enjoy the food, in this case two separate experiences

Nice balance between fruit, body, acidic tension and tannins. It was a little funky when we first opened it (screw cap) then later, Lovely aromas of after eight coming from the Shiraz. I love Barossa! Seriously if you are a winemaker in Barossa and you're reading this, I want to go there and work for you. I think I have a lot to learn from the winemakers of this region.
