Inaugural vintage of this beauty from Kale Anderson of Kale Wines. Clear pale yellow. Refreshing nose with some white floral, white stone fruits, pineapples, and lime zest. Crisp acidity (7.5/10) and light to medium bodied. Delicious with layers of citrus, stone fruits and slate on the palate. Seems to only grow with complexity as it warmed up. Finish lingers and very excited to see how this will progress. Drink till 2022.

Kale wine tasting. Great summer wine! Served with seared tuna, lemongrass and green papaya salad, and wasabi pear Tuile. Fabulous.
