I think this is simply one of the best reds ever produced in Canada. 2016 was an exceptionally long, hot summer/fall in Niagara, and these grapes were not picked until late November. The result is a rich, round Cabernet with lots of body and extraordinary depth. In a blind tasting, a winemaker friend identified it as a quality Chilean cab. If you can find a bottle, buy it.
