K Vintners
Cougar Hills Syrah
I believe this is either my first or second KVintners wine. This won “nose of the day” and it wasn’t even close. Dirt barnyard, Olive tapenade, boysenberry on the nose. Very medium weighted on the palate but the finish was full of raspberries, plums, dusted cherries and herbs.

Most of the "collection" was uh...absorbed before the move out fear. So glad we held onto this one! Dark, dried fruits, velvety texture and the softest of tannins made this a great friend to steaks, and Agnes was particularly pleased with it's pairing with chocolate covered pretzels. Sad this is the last bottle.
