Very pale yellow hue and lots of green herbal notes mixed with some citrus. Hay, mown grass, chives, a touch of grapefruit. A bit more citrus-y when drinking. Quite a nice drink.

Justin & Deborah Baldwin acquired their land in 1981, planted 72 acres that year. Initially they were wine growers, then in 1987, they harvested their first grapes bottled under the Justin label. Pale lemon with tropical fruits, grassy citrus and floral scents. On the palate peach, tangy lemon citrus and melon flavors with gentle acidity. Medium+ finish ending with bright herb mineral character. Tasting Sample!

Pale straw, neither thin nor too round. $11 a glass at MSP. Worth trying but Kim Crawford would have been worth the $1 more.

Don’t typically gravitate toward Sauvignon Blanc‘s, but this ‘09 has great french oak notes. Drinks well - was worried it might be past its prime 11 yrs later.

Lb liked it better than Dd—not too grapey, light minerality

Not sure why I keep buying sauv blanc. Cats pee. And that's what this tastes like. I don't like cat pee. Stood up to baked beans.
