Spicy dark fruit and dark chocolate aromas. On the palate it's medium-full bodied and smooth with black cherry, plum, dark chocolate and vanilla flavors. Medium long finish. It's delicious with great fruit, but I prefer a wine with more acidity. Blend of 94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Cabernet Franc, 3% Merlot 2009 vintage

2009 vintage drank in 2021. Soft tannins and a dry finish. Enjoyed it with roast beef.

This pours a deep rust red. The flavors of raspberries and cherries kind of evolve as the wine moves over your tongue to a spicier flavor. This is one of the best wines I have had in years. Thanks to my brother Mike who had the foresight to buy this years ago. The wine was a perfect complement to the rib eye steaks on our Memorial Day barbecue.
