Color of burgundy with a bit purple hue, a bit bubbly. Nose of fermented prune, pencil graphite, a bit dried strawberry, spice, and a bit cherry. Taste is light and follows the nose with addition of carbonates, coke cola, some acidity, zest, and low tannins. Aftertaste shows some more ripe grape, some grapefruits, and a bit overpowering bitterness. On par.
