New Peyras! Grenache, Syrah and Carignan blend; super savoury, silky tannins & "vinous" as Alex would say. It's beautiful, but not so much my style. Elegant though- great with our pork&celeriac.

Taking forever to open. Two hours and two glasses taken from this magnum has brought out a strange occurrence. On the nose it's a bit of rustic yet citrus aromas are developing. Orange rind come out. Will update later. ... And here were are an hour later (it was left in the cooler) and the fruit is denser, redder, and more forceful. The lightness still remains but things are turning darker. Redder. But still. Still, fresh.

Jammy flavor with a surprising aniseed finish. Great rosé. Love the deep red color.

My preferred blend, Classic south of France (Grenache, carignan & Syrah), yet easy to drink, soft tannins. Languedoc/Roussillon
